Prosperity AI guides organizations through a structured five-phase strategic planning process — discovery, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, strategic framework development, and plan writing.
Each phase is led by a specialized AI consultant trained in nonprofit strategy, governance, and organizational development. The platform includes built-in stakeholder surveys, AI-powered interviews, and automated feedback analysis for up to 100 participants.
When the plan is complete, it transforms into a strategy management system — KPI tracking, action items, budget monitoring, and an AI advisor that understands your entire strategic context. Every year, the platform helps you refresh and extend your plan to the next horizon.
